All items Final Sale. We do guarantee craftsmanship, however proper care procedures must be practiced. Do not store where items are accessible to rodents.

All custom orders for pickup that have not been picked up within 30 days of completion will incure storage fees of $3/day. If not picked up, arrangements made, more then 6 mths from completion, orders will be forfeit and re-sold to cover storage fees.

We offer shipping across Canada and USA for additional cost.

We use a combination of Canada Post/USPS, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.
